Bemax large wholesales distributors are bulk purchasers with minimum order of two container loads of Bemax private label products.

Our buying agents are distributors and vital link in the supply chain. They deal directly with Bemax and move products to the wholesale level. Bemax continue to build its network of global buying agents who are distributors working directly with Bemax and will only sell to wholesalers or very large retail stores.

Bemax – Bulk Purchasers

1. Bemax leverages on the distribution strength that a buying agent currently has and the efficient delivery capacity Bemax always bring on board. Bemax offers all buying agents and bulk purchases exclusive distribution rights.

2. As a buying agent with the exclusive distribution rights within the United States with order placement of ten truckloads/containers or more, Bemax will provide the following:

Re-direct our global customers to buying agents. Our customers will purchase up to 40% of the ten container/truck loads and buying agents will agree to sell to our customers with a minimum of 10% guaranteed margin.

Bemax will provide 5% discount on deposit payment.

Each truckload will contain 2000 cartons in transparent PE (plastic) bags or any other (buying agent) preferred bagging option.

Delivery period – is minimum 45 days from the date of receipt of purchase order and deposit.

Product quality – All of the products are under ISO 9001 quality assurance.

3. The supply will be under a supply agreement – The agreement will cover specific areas such as product name (disposable diapers), purchase orders, purchase price, sales invoice, payment terms, and Bemax warranty.
